The rule is simple: you pay exactly the same price as booking directly with the provider. No hidden costs. No mark-ups.

Booking with us gives you significantly more support around the booking, plus a secure booking process with the Package holiday protection under European law.

Please note: When operators run their own limited-time offers (last-minute discounts or seasonal promotions), the Price Guarantee does not apply. In those cases, talk to us. We can often review the offer and advise on what works best for your situation.

How can the price be identical if Natucate also gets paid?

Our training partners include a commercial arrangement for booking partners like Natucate within their published price. You pay the same total whether you book through us or directly. The arrangement covers our work around the booking; it does not increase what you pay.

Does the Price Guarantee apply to other training providers?

The Price Guarantee in its current form applies to EcoTraining, African Guide Academy, and Lowveld Trails. We work with additional training partners under different arrangements; the price you pay through Natucate is never higher than booking direct. If you are considering a specific provider, ask your consultant for the exact pricing structure.

What happens if the operator runs a special offer?

When operators run their own limited-time offers (last-minute discounts, seasonal promotions), the Price Guarantee does not apply to those specific offers. We encourage you to contact us anyway. In many cases, we can review the offer and advise on whether it fits your situation, or identify a better alternative.

What does “German Pauschalreiserecht” / Package holiday protection under European law actually protect?

German Pauschalreiserecht (the EU Package Holiday Law) is one of the strongest consumer protection frameworks in Europe. It covers what happens if your programme is cancelled, significantly changed, or affected by events outside your control. R+V travel insolvency insurance, included with every booking, ensures your payment is secured if the tour operator becomes insolvent. Both protections come with every Natucate booking.

Are you genuinely independent across these three partners?

Yes. We recommend the training partner whose programme fits your situation, not the one with the strongest commercial relationship to us. If a different provider would suit you better, we will tell you. We also work with providers outside this Price Guarantee scope when their courses are the right fit.

What does the 24/7 support actually include?

Before your departure, you have a direct line to your consultant for booking adjustments, preparation questions, and any concerns that arise. During your programme, you can reach Natucate at any hour if something on the ground is not as expected. We do not outsource this support; you speak directly with our Natucate team.
